US Rapper Chingy Says The U.S. Government And Israel Created Terror Group ISIS…

American rapper Chingy has called out the US and Isreali government as creators of the dreaded terrorist group ISIS. In an Instagram post by the rapper, he claims the governments of these countries (or Illuminati) are only using ISIS as a tool for societal control and for war.

According to him, the group was also created to depopulate the earth in order to control resources and claims some of the atrocities recorded on camera are staged and not real. Check out his Instagram post below.
