An Ohio man apparently in serious conditions after he lit himself on fire in the middle of the highway. According to reports, Hugo Ramos 28 pulled his vehicle over in Pitsfield Township, 35 miles west of Clieveland. walked directly into traffic and was struck by a truck around 11 a.m. local time.
